Does anyone has any information about appealing a rejection?
I believe that my CADR Senior Math-Based Quantitative Course was not counted. I took AP Micro/Macro Economics, and my HS admin spoke to UW about it begin alright.
However, I was rejected, and I truly believe this was why.
Any suggestions?

There could be other reasons to why you were rejected. One class should not be the reason why you were rejected… could you give more infomation on your stats? Like gpa, test scores… etc

Yeah, I agree with Hpham8441 - One “uncounted” class won’t turn a rejection into an acceptance. Take a hard look at your application and have someone else do the same. They might be able to see if more objectively than you.

is there something you’ve really improved upon in your app. because otherwise you’re sunk.

Honestly, if I were you, I would just do it. It’s your opportunity to get a real answer and possibly they’ll give you a reason why. Why would you want to live with “What if’s?” If this school is one that you’re set on then you need to do it for your peace of mind.
Look up appeal letters on the internet. Also it’s a good idea to get someone to look at everything you put, pinpoint the possible reasons why you weren’t accepted and talking about how that doesn’t make you the person they think you are. Give them solid facts and examples.
Just do it because it’s not going to hurt not doing it. You’re already rejected, if you do get rejected again, then you’re at the same spot as before, right?

yea, i’m doing it. i mean, what do we got to lose?

Nothing really.
Good luck to everyone that appeals. :)

I’m appealing this year (:
