There is no appeals process. Otherwise, 28,000+ unhappy denied/waitlisted students would be asking for reconsideration. Unless you can point to some documented error made in your application, you will have to live with the results.
If you are on the waitlist and are thinking about sending in a letter of continuing interest, that can be directed to admission at the College to which you applied. There is no deadline because it is not required.
