I have rejected by most of my top choices, all of which are in the University of California system of colleges. I am wondering if anyone can lay down requisites for appeals, specifically that of UC Davis.

I would like to know if anyone knew whether or not I need to submit letters of recommendation, and also how do I send UCs my fall semester grades? Do I send an official transcript or a copy of my school's unofficial documents?

chances are possibly I can find this info by searching, but given that I am panicking and did not get into any colleges I had my sights zerod, I feel the need to have to do this. Your patience, consolement, and comments are warmly and greatly appeciated.

yes you can appeal. most colleges require a handwritten letter of appeal and they allow a few supplementary things, such as letters of rec. You need to send in an official transcript, preferably one that is sealed.

If you have a good GC, especially if you are in high school in California, this is the moment to talk with her. She will know exactly what to do and will know what has and hasn't worked in the appeal process from your high school in the past. Your school might even have scattergrams relevant to the appeals process. I know a student who appealed into Santa Cruz and is about to graduate. Good luck!
