are there any statements yet?

I read that 164 students were admitted early. but there was no indication as hot how many applications there were total for the early pool.
As for the regular decision pool I havent seen anything

I want to know how many applied EDII...and how many get in. They have absolutely NO stats on the bowdoin website about EDII. It's so odd...

ahh i'm getting so nervous!! I'll just keep my fingers crossed! Good luck!

zfox- how did you know the number of apps EDI? That seems really low, reasonable, but how the hell did i get in?

Just be thankful Isabelle!

hot off the press....total apps numbers down

It's interesting to see that the drop is not that big. However, the drop in applicants is from males so there may be a slightly higher chance of being accepted as a male this year.

Other interesting numbers:

-increase in applications for financial aid: 3800 out of 5929 (64%) versus last year's 3495 out of 6033 (57%)
-5.2% increase in applications from persons of color: 1091 (up from last year's 1034)
-increase in applications from Mainers: 500 (compared to last year's 430)
-ED pool and acceptance rate virtually unchanged: 209 out of 693 (30%) compared to last year's 207 out of 690 (30%) [no breakdown for EDI versus EDII]
-increase in the percentage of public school applicants: 56% (compared to last year's 53%)
