answer this for me ;)
I'm an int'l student considering

Harvard
Yale
Princeton
Stanford
Columbia
U Penn
Dartmouth
Cornell
Northwestern
Washington Univ. in St. Louis
U Michigan Ann Arbor
U Texas Austin
U Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Boston College
College of William and Mary
Brandeis

People who are applying, or already submitted to these colleges,
can you please tell me which colleges require
the bank statement, income statement, and other financial forms?
I already know U Illinois and Harvard does, but I don't know about others.

I think almost all colleges require financial forms if you are asking for aid . But regarding what specific requirements universities have, its better to check out their website .

I'll just answer for one of them; Penn doesn't require that you submit anything if you're not applying for financial aid (at least I haven't had to - yet) and requires that you submit some sort of proof of your family's wealth (or lack of) if you are.

You have too many ivies. I heard that none of them actually picks you if your intended list isn't narrowed down to 2-3 ivies tops, because it's obvious that you want to go there just for the ivy title, and not for the actual college you picked. And about your form, basically every college requires at least the bank statement. I think that's enough to proof your financial solvability.

His list is almost good enough, if his also applying for fin aid w/o many hooks.
I applied to 14 last year -> didn't get into any. This year my list is no more, no less than 28. So leave his list alone :P

I think all schools require income statements (from tax reports or employer). If you have a large amount of assets you should also submit a bank statement. If you also work, you must also submit your own documentation. Also note that some schools require (by the time you apply/enroll) the intl certificate of finances thingy, which must be signed by a bank official (and try to get this one in time, I had huge problems with getting the banks to sign this...my parents eventually had to talk with the bank director)

Every university requires a bank statement and financial affidavit signed by the parent that they can pay the fees of the university. But if you are applying for financial aid then i am not sure of the procedure.....but even for that u will have to show the financial wealth.

Intl Certification of Finances

Intl Financial Aid App

Bank statement copies

Tax return copies

Send all of that to each college you request aid from

At least that was it for me. I made copies of the apps, signed all of them and stuck them w/ bankstatement and tax return copies in envelopes for the schools.

Some schools may substitute their own forms for 1 or 2, and some schools want a translation for tax/bank documents
