<p>if you click on undergrad admissions on penn's website there is a ink called MyPenn Applicant Portal in the top left hand corner</p>
<p>When/how do you get a username and password? Are you sent something in the mail (or email) when your application is complete?</p>
<p>thats what i was trying to figure out. maybe they send you a letter when they get the first part of your app? not sure..</p>
