Application Checklist Problem

I applied to Umass for the EA deadline (on time) but it says on my online application under application checklist “We cannot review your application until all required credentials are received. Please check the status of your application (below) on a regular basis. It takes 7-10 days to process credentials once they have been received.”
I believe that I passed in everything before the due date, which includes my application, transcript, recommendation, and SAT scores. I also got a confirmation email from CommonApp that the application was passed in and that my fee was successfully paid.
Is this something that shows up on everyone’s application as a reminder or am I missing something? Thank you!

It also says under the different items (transcript, recommendation, and SAT Scores) that all of them have been received

I think you are fine as long as you see check marks next to transcript, recommendation, and SAT Scores. But just to be sure, call the admissions team. I am sure they can check your status for you.

But he has check marks for each of the items so I think he is all set as well.

I’d say to call the admissions office so they can clear the concern. They’ll tell you if anything is missing or if it’s a portal mistake/wasn’t updated. Best of luck!

As long as everything is checked off as received, you are most likely all set. My son had the same message and was accepted yesterday.

I just got off the phone with UMass admissions about the wording (seems everyone is asking the same thing) …

and I quote: " as long as you have the 3 green checkmarks your application is complete and please ignore the rest and all EA decisions will be out by mid January"
