So I just checked my application credentials check and I'm worried about what it said. It had my application and honors application date listed as November 17th, but I sent it on November 15th. Also, it has the counselor recommendation form listed as an "outstanding item," which I assume means they are missing it. However, it says that they received my transcript, which should have arrived in the same envelope as the counselor rec form. The date for my letters of recommendation are both November 18th.
Should I be worried? I know I submitted everything by the deadline, but according to this I have missing and late items. I'd really hate for all the effort I put into the honors application to be wasted. Has anyone dealt with this problem in the past?

Linz1990, if I were you I would contact the admissions office as soon as possible to sort out what they have, or have not received. It could be a case where they have all your materials, but enter them into the computer at different times. If everything was sent in the same envelope you should be ok -- but it does not hurt to double check.

Last year, at a different university, my daughter sent in all her materials and even received a post card notification that everything had been received. We were shocked when weeks later we learned that her transcripts were "missing" and had to be resubmitted.

These admissions offices are dealing with thousands of applicants and tens of thousands of documents, now and then something is bound to fall through the cracks.

You should call. My daughter also had a counselor rec form listed as outstanding. She called, and the problem was corrected within 24 hours. I was impressed by how quickly the admissions staff responded.

I sent USC my SAT scores 2 times before the deadline and I read this forum and checked my application and it says that they are outstanding also.

My S just checked and the Applications Credential Check site told him they had no record of his application even though he applied mid-October and called and confirmed with admissions that they had everything they needed.

my mom called the admissions office today and they said they had actually received everything. Apparently the credentials check has been messing up for other people as well. I'm so relieved that everything is there and on record though. Thanks for all the responses, everyone. =)
