I want to get into West Point I have all the credentials I believe...anyway I am a sophomore in High School but I am young for my age and I was looking to apply to the Summer Seminar next year, however it says that you must open an application first. Now to open one, you must be atleast 17 but I do not turn 17 until my summer of junior year. Is there anyway I can still apply?

You’re fine.
Apply for summer seminar about Dec 1 when the application will open for high school juniors. You do not have to be 17 to apply for summer seminar. The summer seminar application is a part of your admissions file and will count for your preliminary application.
