Hey is there anyone who will help me out by reading the essay that I plan to submit to Harvard with the common application? I was going for original with a Dr. Seuss theme, but i don't know if it's too out there or if its appropriate to send to Harvard. If anyone is kind enough to read my essay i'd be happy to read any of their's too

Darn…did you just couple originality with Dr. Seuss? Those two usually don’t go together. However, I guess I’d have to see the essay to see if maybe it actually is original (but I’m applying to Harvard, so don’t send it to me!).

I’m applying to Harvard as well, but I’ve already sent in my app. I’d be happy to look it over if you’re interested.

no its actually written in the style of dr seuss, rhymes and everything. im really thinking that I wont send it in though because i think it might not be the appropriate time to get that creative…

Is this your main essay or one for the supplement?
If it is your main one, then no, you should probably not use something like that. But I think it would be fine for the supplement, considering it’s still good.

I’m applying to Harvard, but sent in my application long ago. I’d definitely be willing to give it a read.
