What is the easiest and most effective way to apply for Freshman admission? My son was admitted into UF last year and only did the coalition app. My daughter is planning on applying to FSU this year. At FSU there are three ways. Common, Coalition and the FSU website. When applying on the FSU website it has mention to a resume. I know my son didn’t have an actual resume to upload for UF and I’m wondering if that was because all the necessary info was on the Coalition app. With FSU do you have to upload a resume if you use Coalition? I’m not sure of what a resume would even look like for a college admission resume.
You should use whatever application service is used for the majority, if not all schools you plan on submitting applications. As far as resume, google college resume for admissions. Plenty of images that will show you the format.
Does anyone know if a resume has to be uploaded for Commonapp or Coalition? Or is the information requested on those applications have what FSU would desire in a resume?
My daughter doesn’t plan on applying at other schools that use either of those. FSU is her first choice and she’s already been admitted to her back-up school.
FSU asks for it. It was asked for by FSU on their specific area in Common App, but also shows on the FSU portal as a document to upload. Looks like it is required by FSU
