<li><p>On the application checklist it says “Check to see that the Common Application School Report and the Yale School Report Supplement were completed and mailed” So does that mean they want both the Yale School Report (not the supplement, they’re different) AND the Common App School Report? The only difference between the two is a little mark for Early Action or Regular Decision.</p></li>
<li><p>Exactly what goes on top of the additional pages? I’m using the online Common app, but printing it out and sending in the paper form. I want to have separate pages for the Short Answer, Meaningful Activity Essay, and Personal Statement. What does Yale want labeled on each?</p></li>

<p>I really don’t want to sound stupid, but this application is quite complicated… so many separate instructions for different parts of the application.</p>
