Has anyone received email confirming the completeness of your application or notifying the missing items? How could I check the status of my app.? Thank you.

The only way to know your application status is to write an email to Ms. Riesbeck and ask her about it. You may have to wait for uhmmm at least 5 or 6 days to receive the reply. And don't worry if the reply comes late (like 2 or 3 weeks) coz they have tons of emails everyday and it takes a lot of time to read then answer one by one.
Or, you can make them a call if you are still worried.
Hope this helps.
Best,

Thank you trang.nguyen. But is Riesbeck a Ms.? I wrote to her with Dear Mr. Riesbeck. Poor me. I did not know. Will it create a bad impression about me?

We received a letter last week indicating a couple of items were not yet received. Followed up this week and they confirmed they received the missing info. We have found them to be extremely responsive to phone calls and emails.

So they send notification of missing items via the snail mail? I thought they would send via email (I don't trust the postman)?

If you think you might be missing items - just call, it takes them about 15 seconds to check on the computer if your application is complete or not. But if you haven't been notified through the mail that something is missing, I wouldn't worry about it - put a little more trust in the USPS, they know what they're doing. There is no notification that your application is complete, if you don't hear from them, that means you're good - just wait until the end of March / beginning of April for your decision.
