Application still says "needs documents"?

I had to submit my transcript by Jan 31st. I sent two just for good measure (I’m a transfer applicant).

On the phone they first told me it would take 2 weeks for them to process and update it on the system.

A week ago I called saying it hadn’t updated and they told me it would take up to 3 weeks.

Now it’s pretty much been 3 weeks and it still says “needs documents”. I sent one transcript through the school and one myself which required a signature to be delivered (yes, they signed for it so I know they got it). Should I contact them again and ask why it’s taking so long? All my other friends’ decisions have already been changed from ‘needs documents’ to ‘received’ to ‘ready for review’, but I’m still stuck on the first one.

im in the same boat as an chemical engineering major transfer. Let me know what happens

I honestly have no clue why Pomona doesn’t take transcripts electronically. Pretty much every competent college has done away with physical copies, or atleast had the option aswell for electronic.

I called and they said now it’ll take 3-4 weeks… sigh, I wish they had a better management because all they do is give false information. If they told me 3-4 weeks the first three times I called I wouldn’t have had a problem, but at this point I don’t even trust that they will have it done.

I just got an email that they received my transcripts. There is still hope @geeksquadd just be patient
