<p>I just tried to check my application status and they said that application tracking was no longer available so does that mean that the application is complete, or is it just that people cant do anything anymore, probably the latter right?</p>
<p>Right. They won't accept anything now. I think they would have mailed you if any thing was incomplete.</p>
