<p>How far in advance should I send in my application (essays, activity sheet) if I am applying ED?</p>
<p>.......is this a serious question? they dont make deadlines November 1st just because they're bored. "Yes, our application deadline is on November 1st, but it is mandatory you send your stuff in two weeks in advance to have a chance at admission". </p>
<p>Adcomms dont get backf from their "tours" until last few days of October anyways. And also, despite contrary to popular belifes, being the first application submitted from your region usually wont make you the first app to be read.</p>
<p>in other words: before the deadline. I'd give it some (a lot) of wiggle room though, especially through the mail.</p>
<p>if submitting online, the online stuff doesn't need to be ahead of time by much, just so that you know it went through without the last minute back-up :p</p>
