Applications due in couple months...What are my Chances?

Hey everyone, I'm going to be applying to schools coming up here soon and I'd like to get some feedback from others on my chances on getting into my top 3 choices (in no particular order):
UCLA...UCBerkley...UCIrvine
I know these schools are in high demand and admission into one of these great schools is very difficult. Nonetheless, I'm moving forward with all I've got to be granted acceptance into these schools. I know my grades, and I believe my key of entry will rely on my Personal Statement. I've seen how people don't like reading essays and biographies on here so I will bullet point my resume.

GPA: 3.8 :: I know my grades don't seem strong, although the Georgia educational system doesn't weight classes. My 3.8 is a combo of GA weightless classes, and Cali weighted.

Student-Athlete

1-year Football

4-years Baseball

Taking 2 AP's my senior year and 1 honors: AP Econ, AP Physics, Honors Pre Calc

Grade 9-11: 6 honors

I will be taking my SAT's again, and unfortunately I went in the first time not prepared and really just winged it. Nonetheless, my scores are as followed (I really am ashamed, and will be scoring much much better next time): Math- 550; Reading- 540; Writing- 460 (I'm embarrassed, don't be too hard on me)

I have an idea where my grades rank for where I'm looking to go, and will heavily rely on my Personal Statement to get me admitted. I also have an interest in walking on the baseball program at any of the schools. I have began volunteering at an animal rescue and will continue through Christmas until baseball really gets started. Thanks everyone for reading, and I really appreciate any feedback on my chances or what I can do to increase my opportunity of being Accepted. Thank you.

You have an acceptable GPA for those schools and your ECs seem pretty good. That SAT though…You REALLLLLLLLY need to bring that up. As of right now, you are probably a high reach at UCLA and a mid to low reach at the other two. If you can get like a 2100+ on the SAT, You’re a high match at UCLA and Berkely and low match at UCIrvine and. It’s good that you’ve kept you’re grades up whilst moving around. That looks really good to a college. It shows that you are actually intelligent

Try the ACT if you haven’t, you might score better on it than you did on the SAT, but by all means retake the SAT. Your test scores are the only thing holding you back from being accepted to Berkeley and UCLA.

^Exactly what they said. Honestly, if you score at least 2000 on the SAT or 30 on the ACT, you’ll have amazing shots at all those schools (especially Irvine).

Good luck!

Chance back?

I really appreciate all the feedback from everyone, you guys have given me hope and motivation while preparing for the next set of tests. I’m currently taking an SAT class, does anyone have recommendations for an ACT test prep book? Thanks for all the advice.
