I applied to the University of Michigan on early action deadline day (because I was busy with editing common app essays, and I had to edit a lot of stuff in my essays), and I got a notification email from the admissions office saying that they received all my application materials on November 5th. Am I still going to get considered for early action or would they put me in the regular decision pool? Because I applied to UIUC on October 31st, and they got all my SAT scores on 11/2, and they still put me in the early action pool. Would that be the same for Michigan?
I believe UMich requires all materials to be received by the office by the deadline, so I am unsure if they will still consider you an early applicant.
