Hello! This is my first post, so I apologize if I put in the wrong place. Anyways, my name is Megan and I am heading into my senior year this fall and I plan on applying to Colorado State University, North Dakota State University, and Arizona State University. I do not have the best GPA...Let's just say I don't quite meet the standards yet, and so I am taking a bunch of AP classes for my senior year to help boost my GPA, and so what I am basically saying is I need my ENTIRE senior year to complete my academic resume for college. I was wondering if there is any way to apply late for college and begin in the spring while still being eligible for WUE, as well as financial aid (FAFSA?) and other important things that fall students need...I just really need to get my GPA higher before I apply, you know?

Hi Megan and welcome to CC. The best place to start with admissions questions are the college websites. Here’s an example, I went to the CSU admissions deadlines webpage and see that they do accept spring entry:

[Deadlines & Notification - Admissions - Colorado State University](http://admissions.colostate.edu/futurefreshmendeadlines)

Then I went to the Cost & FA, WUE link:

[Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) - Admissions - Colorado State University](http://admissions.colostate.edu/westernundergraduateexchange)

There are a lot of criteria for WUE, so be sure to read the directions carefully. If you have any unanswered questions, you can always call/email the school. While CC is a great discussion forum for general information, for specifics, you want to go directly to the primary source: the college. While generally very good, members here can inadvertently give you incorrect or out of date information.

Finally, under Alphabetical Listing, there are individual forums for many schools, they can be a good source of information as well.

Thank you so much!! :)
