Apply to TASP?

<p>Should I apply to TASP? I heard it is mostly humanities, and although I would really like to go, I am definitely a more science-ish person. I am applying to lots of science and math summer programs, but I heard TASP is really cool. I would almost definitely apply except for a few things: Even though I scored 229 on PSAT, they have not yet contacted me about applying, the number and length of the essays is enormous, and I have other apps that I could be devoting more time to (RSI especially!), and is it possible to get in or is it like RSI?</p>

<p>If I should apply, then what should I do about the fact that they haven't contacted me yet? I just got my PSAT scores back yesterday...</p>

<p>I'd like to say that RSI is the TASP of math and science, but the CC rickoids might like to phrase that just a wee bit differently. RSI and TASP are probably the two most selesctive summer programs in this country.</p>

<p>You obviously have a score that would merit communication from TA. Just go to the website and download the application.</p>

<p>Is it worth applying though? It's due in a few weeks and I have tons of apps to do for science programs. The TASP app looks crazy long though.</p>
