Applying as a Junior transfer

I'm a sophomore in community college (OOS), and I'm applying to transfer as a junior.

Now, I noticed the deadline for transfer applicants to apply is March 1st.

I still haven't finished a few of the classes I need in order to be eligible to transfer. I'll be taking them all this year though.

Question is, any harm in applying let's say..today or tomorrow? As oppose to waiting close to like March (February possibly) when I have more classes on my transcript?

Any other advice?

Regardless if you apply today or February, UNC will ask for you Fall 2011 transcripts.

It’s also useful to get as much of your Gen Ed out of the way which imo is more attractive to UNC. If you’re doing a liberal arts degree it’s a good idea to finish 4 math and science courses before transferring.

Thanks bro. Do you know where I could check out the general ed requirements for UNC? Tried looking around their website a little but couldn’t find it.
