Applying as Double Major

Hey guys, I am currently a CCC student and am set on double majoring in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. I have attended community college for 1 year so far and completed the following:
English 1A&1B, Statistics, Calculus (differential, integral, vector), Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Physics I, Intro to C, Intermediate C, Java I.

I am taking the following courses in Fall:
Physics II, Data Structures, Discrete Math, Psychology (GE), Comparative Religion (GE).
I currently have a 3.9 GPA & 2300 SAT (1560/1600 for Math + reading... not sure if that even matters)
ECs: Paid Math tutor in school's Math/Science/engineering building. Over 100+ hours of volunteer mentor/tutoring through a refugee program. I am also a member of our school's engineering club.

Anyways, applications are coming up and I am applying to UCB/UCLA with intent to double major in applied math/comp sci. I will have finished all the pre-reqs for both majors by time of applying (this fall). That said, which major should I apply for? (which has a higher chance of me getting accepted?) I honestly am very set on double majoring and love both programming and math.
I am applying for L&S for Cal and wonder if there even is a difference in application for majors within L&S (to my understanding you get accepted to the college first and then apply again for your major).

Also is there any advantage for a student who completed all the pre-req's within his/her first year vs multiple years?
Thank you very much for your time!

Your stats are very good. You really have NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. Please, relax and enjoy your semester! I think you’ll have a good shot if you apply for Applied Mathematics, NOT COMPUTER SCIENCE.

I think you have to pick one major for the application then once accepted you declare yourself as a double-major in whatever you choose.
