While neither U of Arizona or U of Oregon are binding, I can apply now if I want. I have a low GPA (2.5) which is why I was thinking of applying late in January to include mt 7th semester grades. Arizona has regular admissions right now but they reply within a month after applying while you wouldn't here oregon until arpil 1st after the Dec 15 deadline. Despite the low GPA, I fit the requirements for Oregon because of my high SAT (1240). Should I apply now to both of these schools, I know for Oregon they're going to bombarded with applications from Oregon durig the regular applications. I'll be applying for financial aid at both schools if that makes a difference.

Anybody have anything?

So I guess I'll just apply early to both since nobody's giving me any suggestions..

I'm not a 100% sure on this but this is what I think. I think you should apply early(non-binding) to both schools. Even if your GPA is low because most likely they won't reject you and you'll be deferred. If you're deferred you'll be put back in with the applicants and you can send them your semester grades and what not to show improvement. Just my two cents, I'm not an expert :P

Always apply the earliest you can. It demonstrates initiative, organization, and high interest.
