Do I have a shot at Williams ED?

Also,

Tufts
Northwestern
U Chicago
Carleton
Brown
Dartmouth
Colgate

please please please.

You seem to me (mho)to be mid-range for Williams - that's really where you want to be then rock the essay and hope that the research gives you a good edge. With acceptance rates in the hi-teens, don't feel bad if you don't get in. ED might help, but only if you KNOW that's where you want to be.

The only other one I know is Carleton - your on the high end of the mid-range and, again, I think high school research will be a good asset. Since acceptance rates at Carleton are higher(30%) it'll be easier to get in but it certainly isn't a safety. So make sure to add one good safety that you'd really like to your list - consider Wheaton (MA) where being male will be an added benefit), and Beloit and Lawrence in WI, Denison (OH) and Earlham (IN)
Good luck

thanks! I have some safeties in mind as well. I think Williams ED rate was about 37% last year, but this is probably a very self selecting applicant pool.

Anyone else?

please ?

sats on the low side

hopefully my 1470/1600 will be enough?

really? oh shoot. i just bumped again.

ok really this is the last one. for realz.
