Applying for a biological sciences major

So I am starting my senior year and I plan on applying early decision to Northwestern and I had one little concern regarding the major I apply for. I have always been passionate about biology and will probably go pre-med through college. I plan on applying for the biological science major. The only thing is that the only B I ever got in high school was 2nd semester AP bio (my B+ was the highest grade in the class, our teacher was a little bit...strange to say the least). Additionally, I took 6 AP exams up until now and I score 5 on all of them except bio, where I scored 4. I took the Bio-M subject test and got 770. My question is, will the admission committee feel reluctant to admit me when my intended major has historically been my weakest subject? (only B and only 4). I would be very grateful for any feedback.

One B will not have any bearing on your overall application (assuming that the rest of the variables are fine). Your AP scores are exemplary and going by what you said, your GPA too is solid. And you intend on applying ED. May the Force be with you! Good Luck…

thx so much for the input!
