Applying to a university after high school

<p>If someone retakes their SAT's and ACT's after high school and significantly improve their scores AND reapplies to universities that denied them during their senior year, would they have any decent chance of getting admitted? </p>

<p>Or would that be looked down upon?</p>

<p>Only change is in the test scores? I’d expect the same result.</p>
