Very focused on business/practical economics, looking to apply to CAS. How would I justify this?

Write a killer “Why Penn?” essay focusing on how CAS will help you pursue your goals. But, if you really are “Very focused on business/practical economics”, then apply to Wharton.

I don’t have the math scores for Wharton

What I heard is that if one has very focused business ecs, but applies to CAS, then he/she may face a straight out rejection. It makes you seem like someone who’s trying to get into Wharton the “easy” way – by getting into CAS and then transferring. I would suggest you take your SAT II Math asap and see how it goes.

I recommend applying to Wharton unless you can display a strong interest in a field other than business.
