Are there any med schools that allow students to apply to med school in advanced without MCAT scores. I'm in my second year and about to complete all the med school requirements and I was wondering if there was any way to apply this spring.

No. Almost all med schools require a bach. degree and MCATs. I do not think there are any exceptions for MCAT in the U.S. and at least none that would allow you in without a bach. degree

I believe there was some school in NY, maybe Stonybrook or Buffalo that offered sophomores a chance to apply. It didn't really interest me so I don't know much about it. Perhaps you can check up on it.

There are quite a few medical schools that will allow you to apply without a bachelor's degree, although you generally have to complete at least 3 years of college. Clearly, you would be at a great disadvantage in admissions if you didn't have a bachelor's degree.

However, not needing the MCAT is extremely rare.
