Applying to Transfer to Occidental College

I have more of a background (“story to tell”) than the spotless academics, however my grades are not bad and there are circumstances surrounding that played a part in this which I could explain through my statements perhaps.

I am a graduate of LACC, an AA in Liberal Arts.
I am a former foster youth
An activist in my community to advocate for policies affecting foster, probation, at-risk youth, homeless, LGBTQ+, undocumented, etc. (I have plenty to talk about here.) I am a member with two non profits that work on these issues. I am also on a homeless youth workgroup through the county of Los Angeles. To give input on current policies around Measure H and HHH. Been on legislative visits locally and on a statewide level (Sacramento).
As far as my demographics:
Female
White
25
born in the South (Florida) moved around to 5 states. Mostly due to homelessness and the mental health vulnerabilities my bio mother faced we lacked support. Moved to Los Angeles in 2011.

My academics:
I graduated H.S with a 3.4
Current GPA: 3.2
6 Ws (due to homelessness and unemployment, until I found work)

The major in which I intend to claim is Critical Theory & Social Justice.
I want to continue work in the Non Profit sector around social justice and peace. And to use my education from Oxy to inform my ideas to create a community that works to truly rehabilitate and restore relationships of those formerly incarcerated, and as an alternative to incarceration. Taking a Critical Resistance approach to my work.

So what do you got for me?
Could I get in based of this little wrap sheet?
Any advice is much appreciated!
