Applying to Villanova

Hey guys, remembered this site from several years back when my brother was stressing over college ^_^

Well, I'm thinking about applying to Villa and I'm still worried as hell. My GPA is lower than average but my SATs are OK, and my two SATIIs are nice, but they're both math -_-;;

GPA: Lower B (not B-, but like 83ish if translated to a 100-point scale; there's no weighting at my school as well)
Extracurriculars:
Secretary of school's Computer Club (been a part of club for 4 years)
Member of Chess/Go Club (4 years)
Captain of Golf Team (only senior year, but I've been a part of it for 4 years)
Math Team (2 years, Freshman and Senior)

SAT: (intending to take again this Oct.)
620 CR
720 MA
630 WR

SAT2:
800 IIC
780 IC
590 World :( (really bombed this one)

No legacy connections.

I talked to a college counselor about this college: he said that I had a 60-70% chance of getting in. But that still worries me :(

If it helps, I attend Bronx HS of Science in Bronx, New York.

I'd say the odds are very much in your favor..your SAT's are strong, considering I know many kids who got in with lower SATs. Write a really good essay, and good luck!

what do you want to major in? i only ask this because buisness is getting more and more selective

i think you look good, especially with your Bronx High School of Science! that's a big deal! good luck!
