I know Wharton is extremely tough to get into. I actually plan to apply to the school of international business there. I was just wondering if I have a shot. My mother went to UPenn, so I do have legacy. The following is my resume. The format from Word didn't quite match well, so it's a bit messy. I listed details about each category under the category title. Such category titles are business education, music, education, test scores, APs, etc. Any responses would be great! Thanks.

Your application is looking very good. If you don't get in, I don't know what I'm going to do. ;) But yeah.. your SATs are good, your ECs are excellent. Do well on your other subject tests and you have a pretty good chance.

terrific application, i think you should be able to get accepted! Can you chance me please?

best of luck!

any more comments would be greatly appreciated

bump bump bump

Your EC's are outstanding...you've show a lot of commitment! Your test scores are excellent too! I personally think you have a shot at Wharton even without the legacy factor! Good luck!

I think you're in. Congrats!

hey thanks for the posts

*hey if you read the original post you can just skip the music stuff- I just put it up because it was on my original resume. *

If you get above 750 on the other two SATIIs, i'd say you have a 50/50 chance.

Wharton is very selective, good luck.
I'm ED to Upenn to (but engineering) :3

where on long island are you from? i'm from long island too!
EDIT: I see you posted your school, i'm from sachem lol

we've got similar stats i would say, and i think that you have a great shot at wharton, especially with your business oriented EC's.

Apply ED and you will have an excellent chance. ED is the key here! Get that Math 2 score as close to an 800 as possible.
Best of luck

I wouldn't say "IN", but I say you stand a decent shot, especially with that SAT score.

I say ED if you're sure and not concerned about FD. ED benefits legacy like you the most.

I don't know what business schools look for. I've seen many people get in Wharton w/o any sort of business experience, and ppl who've run their own business get rejected.

Scores/grades are awesome. EC's are quite above average. I would say a decent chance in wharton, it would be kinda a low-reach.

hey thanks for all the advice.

bump bump bump

any more responses would be greatly appreciated

hahaha. wow. Your resume looks really really gud.
I think u have a great chance to get in!. Gud luck!

we don't have a school of international business, are you referring to the huntsman program?
