You're in really good shape. I'd predict that you're in.

Well, you asked me to chance you. All I can say is that you've a lot better of a shot than most folks applying to Wharton. Your EC's are awesome! Good luck. I wouldn't be surprised if you were accepted.

And thanks for the feedback on my post.

Hey thanks for commenting, I think you have a great shot at ur top choice. Considering the fact that you have very high GPA and Sat score. Sat score of 2100 or above is really good especially 2300.

I don't think anybody can say that they'll definitely get in for a school like Wharton but your application is extremely strong and I definitely would be surprised if you get rejected.

You'll be among the strongest applicants there. Great job. :)

Like everyone else said, I'm pretty sure you'll get in. I'm jealous lol!

Great numbers, dude.
Your SAT is great, but Wharton really values high scores in the math portion, so I'd look into that - I am too, because math is my weakest part of the test! I know you have a 750, but if you retake the SAT again, definitely shoot for even higher on math.

You have the whole passion for an EC thing going for you - it's pretty obvious from your info that you're not just loading up on the ECs.

I can't say you're definitely in for Wharton bc that's near impossible, but I think you have a very good chance.

Unfortunately, I can't retake the SAT by the time I apply ED because I'm taking SAT IIs in October. So I guess I'll have to stick to what I got. Thanks for the insight though.

By the way, Jay-Z is a great rapper.

No need to retake...just as everyone else has said...you look very solid and have a great chance.
The difference between a 750 and 780 might have been like 1 questions. Don't worry about that at all. And I believe that SAT scores get you in the door and then the rest of your app is what gets you in.
so ya...good luck

aairzoom34, thanks for chancing me..ill return the favor

I think you have a good chance for Wharton ED because your test scores and ecs are great and you have legacy, which helps most when you do ED. Id go ED Wharton all the way! (Just as I am doing! =)

I don't know what to tell you airzoom. Your scores are amazing, your EC's are amazing (you should send in a recording of a solo etc.), and your grades are good. Wharton admission is very unpredictable though, so even though your stats and 4 year resume put you in the top .2% of the US, I would really spend a lot of time on essays. From what I see here, it appears you have very good chances across the board.

I can't say much more than the poster above me. I wish you the best of luck.

ohh ok thanks man

anyone have suggestions or comments?

dude you're fine. let this thread die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol i don't want to! i value all the input i can get.

cake. youre in

lol i don't think it's that simple

Wharton is a tricky school to predict, but I can say it's a low reach/high match for you. You have awesome stats, and while your ECs aren't mind-numbingly amazing, you seem involved. Good luck!

You have a very good chance. Your grades and scores are excellent, and you also have a legacy. In addition, you have a lot of extracurriculars which you have shown great commitment to. If you apply ED, it will help you a lot. Good luck, and can you please chance me?

btw, you were wondering if Indians are URMs. I do not think they are URMs, the person who said that I am a URM probably thought I was a Native American (a lot of people get confused with that).

how did u do on your AP tests?
