Appropriate time to apply

hello,
guuys what is the right time to apply safeties that have rolling admissions? Shud we apply before november ???????????? and should we wait sub test results as well ? Suggest me.

It’s better to apply earlier, especially if you need aid. That being said, if your subject test results could significantly influence your acceptance or chances of getting a merit scholarship, it may be better to wait.
General rule: apply as early as you’re comfortable with as long as later scores/tests won’t affect anything (e.g. if a school is need blind and offers to meet all demonstrated need and you feel confident in your application without the SATIIs, then it would be better to apply earlier).

Are safeties need blind? And, the universities that are need blind hav typical deadline! Is not it? Actuallu I was talking about rolling admissions !!

NO, safety colleges are not need-blind.

Second, don’t get confused by the term safeties. Safeties are the colleges where you will be well above the average applicants but since FA is the main defiance here you will have to be above the top students.

Thirdly, there are only 8 need-blind universities for internationals at present and that too the top colleges - no less, no more.

Harvard
Princeton
Yale
MIT
Dartmouth
Amherst
Williams
Middle bury

First you should research colleges by yourself because you know what preeminence you have and what colleges you can get into; where your grades and test scores are above 90th percentile keeping it in mind that you need substantial FA aid and whether that college will offer it or not. You can always ask about FA directly to the adcoms by e-mailing them.
That will be what you call safety college.

Don’t apply to a safety ED unless one of those is your dream college. :D

i don’t think williams is also need blind

Neither is Middlebury.

Oh sorry about that. Middlebury changed their need blind thing last year… So get Middlebury outta list …
