also, is the act designed so you don't finish? that's what it seems like.

me too

ugh i didn't even have time to fill in random bubbles for the science

what did everyone get for the rectangle in the x,y plane. what was c' or whatever? i skipped that and then ran out of time i had 20 seconds and when i came back. i just put -4,-7 because it looked the best.

english, i was able to check all of my answers and had time left over.
math, finished with 2 min left but not sure about the answers.
reading, had like 5 min left. i didnt think it was that bad.
science, had like 2 min left. felt better than usual about it.

I said 9 rows. Also what was the answer to the kinetic energy one with the graph on science?

I put -4,-7 too, spartan.

that sounds right.. i can't remember that question exactly.. i know i got it right, and i know it has a -7 in the y spot.. forgot what the x spot was though.. -4 sounds right though

i just hope they can read my essay. i had great points, but my handwriting is sorta illegible.

It was 8 rows on the garden one

kinetic energy one should have looked like an exponential (or right half of parabola if you view it that way) graph

@ gar_spartan I put (4,-7), i still have the graph in my calculator.

the graph i had the one that went like a semi circle. i dont really know anything about kinetic anything though.

going up or down for the graph?

since it was rolling down a hill, it would be gradually gaining speed, then once it falls off, it's speed will rocket until it hits terminal velocity.. so it looks exponential

only one i think i missed was the stupid last one.. the cubes.. i had 10 seconds left, so i just winged it and put c (6%).. but it was the next one (11 oe 12%, can't remember which... when i got home, i figured it was 18 to 16, so divide them one way or the other)

and the graph for kin. energy was going upward

there was one graph that went down then up for a different science q, right?

it would be the half of the parabola graph for kinetic energy. assuming mechanical energy is conserved, because it didn't indicate otherwise, potential energy would decrease as the height decreased which would cause an increase in kinetic energy because total mechanical energy would be the same. having taken physics helped on that question.

I put 9 rows, because, at that point your given 96 inches of room and they must be spaced 10 inches away. Therefore 9 rows

I agree with-4,-7

Here's my overall feel for the test:

English --- easy.. i'm gessing 34/35 on that section
Math --- mostly easy (except for 3 or 4).. i'm gessing 34/35
Reading --- easier than usual (for me.. i'm usually terrible).. probably 29-31 for me
Science --- surprisingly not too terrible.. i'm gessing 31-33

for that q, i think you also had to take 10 inches off of each of the ends of the garden
