AP's Senior Year

How much does it really matter taking AP's in senior year.
My school is very competitive, and offers a good amount of AP's. Unfortunately, i use to be a slacker from 9th-10th (i admit). However, now motivated, my goal is to get into a good, reputable college.

In 10th I took many honor courses, but NO ap's. Currently I am a junior, and am taking only 1 AP - Econ (micro/macro). Now to make up for this I plan on self-studying Psych, APES, and Calc AB.
This makes a total of 5 tests.

Obviously next year i will take as many AP's as I possibly can to make up for 9th and 10th, but my concern is that do colleges actually consider AP courses in senior year. Do they even look at what you score on the AP exams.
So lets say i take 5 AP courses in senior year, giving me a total of 10 AP's would this be considered or only the first 5 AP's??

If any1 can relate to what I am asking - - please help!!

yeah, senior year is supposed to be ur toughest year. they BETTER consider what classes i'm taking this year since i'm taking calc bc and physics c. and yes i'm sure they look at what you score on ap exams, whether or not it is a big deal to them is another story.
