APUSH Study Room?

Anyone want to create one to talk about different chapters and whatnot? Best way to study is to conversate.

sure, we can make an AIM group. or just talk on here. we're on World War II right now. how bout you? I need to review beginning-1850. I don't have an in-depth knowledge of specific facts in apush, so I need to review a lot until the AP exam.

Me neither! We're on the turbulent 1960s!

Best way to study is to read the chapter, make a list of people, events and terms, and memorize what each one is.

And I REALLY need to review WW2. I totally neglected Chapters 28-35.

cool cool. i got amsco, and pr. hopefully i dont procrastinate :p

Can you guys give me advice on the AP History Exam? Best way to study? Remember facts, etc?

I took the class last year, but we didn't take the exam. (It was honors, not AP though)

whaaaaat? you guys are on the 60s?!
we're on chapter 32-33 so only on the 1920s
i knew our class was WHACK.
except we're having a tea party tomorrow...:)

Wow. My class is just finishing WWI.

xprincessxjamie, that's a good idea. However, it may be a tad difficult if we have different books. But it never hurts if things overlap!

good one, I never read a single chapter.

Hey! We have American History too! But we don't have it in the two set version.

I never really studied that way, either. I just read the book.

However that is how I would study if I wanted to completely pwn a test for some reason.

Forget my last post. That's our class set, not our home set.

AMSCO has a list of key terms at the end of each chapter so I'll probably read the chapter, list and define all the key terms, and then take the quiz.

We just wrapped up chp 36 (the cold war) and after spring break we should start 37. ^ AMSCO is a really good study tool and use the college board's list of what's covered and try to pace yourself while studying--like tell yourself that you're going to finish studying/reviewing the American Rev. to the Civil War in this many days or a week etc.

Yay AMSCO! I hope I do well in the end.
