APUSH vs AP Psych for a sophmore?

I dont know if i should take apush or ap psych for sophmore year. Im woried that if i take apush i wont have time to study for studying the amc 10/science olympiad and my other classes. Also, since i will be replacing world history with apush, i will have to take world in junior year instead of 2 electives since it's required to graduate. I'll be the random junior in a sophmore class... If I take psych, I am worried that my schedule wont be challenging enough. It seems like all the other really smart kids are opting to take apush. This is what my schedule would look like with psych and apush:

With psych...
Honors algebra 2 and trig
Honors chemistry
Honors english 10
World history
gym
AP psych
Spanish 3

With apush...
Honors alg 2 trig
Honors chem
Honors eng
Apush
Gym
Art
Spanish 3

What do you guys think i should do? Take apush and challenge myself, but not have alot of time for my other classes/ECs and get stuck in a sophmore class junior year or take ap psych and have more time for other things, but end up with a less rigorous schedule than my peers? Thanks!

You can self-study for psych, so I’d go with APUSH.
However, [from what I’ve heard, don’t count me on it] APUSH is much harder than the other AP history classes&tests so you should probably take a different AP history class first if possible.

Should i take ap human geography? It’s a pilot class so im not 100% percent sure if my school will be offering it. I dont know any sophomores planning on taking it lol

I think you should take psych since world history is required to graduate…just get it over with now and take APUSH junior year (that’s how it works at my school too).

Thanks for the advice! Anyone else want to add something?

If i opt to take apush, do you think i will have enough spare time for studying the amc 10 and science olympiad?
