Are blood and urine tests required for the Cornell health history form?

It's soo complicated and annoying because I only have a week before I leave town and I gotta get all this done and get some scattered immunizations and tb test. Etc. Good thing Cornell is worth it :)

Ah, I dislike filling out the health history form… and I forgot to call my physician to set up an appointment… hopefully she has a spot some time before Jun 15

It wasn’t a full on test. They do it on the spot and it’s just a finger prick so yeah. I was afraid it would take several days to get the results.

If you guys are worried about not making the deadlines, they are usually lenient if you contact them. Send them most of what you have and then send in the late/supplement documents later, clearly labelled with your student number/id/name

I already filled the online form and on the pdf it says I must get a TB screening once I get to campus even though I already indicated that I did a TB test 10 months ago on the form. Is anybody else in this situation?

Kind of, I even had a chest x-ray taken a couple years ago… Whatever, I’m from a ‘high risk’ country… No biggie
