Are my EC's alright? Worried..

I'm going to be starting my senior year soon.

So far on my resume:

ASB
NHS
International Club
International Assembly Performer
Hospital Volunteering
Graphic Site/Personal Blog
Environmental Club

I've done all of these activities for 3 years (and plan to make that 4 years for each activity in senior year) except for ASB, which will be for one year.
I was in Cross country for one year, track for another year, but I decided to not include those because they were not consistent activities and I didn't have much passion for them. But the activities I mentioned above are ones I truly enjoy.

I plan to major in biology OR animal science and I'm interested in UCLA, UCSD, Cornell, Brown, NYU, and maybe Stanford.

SAT: 2100
GPA: 3.92 UW, 4.3 W
I also attend a rigorous high school that's in the top 10 nationwide.
In addition I have two teachers who I know can write some great recommendations.

I know I haven't been in any competitions or won any amazing awards, but do I still have a decent shot?

Just do what you love and love what you do with genuine passion and you’ll be fine :)

The important thing to realize is that you should actually be doing what you enjoy. A lot of people rack-up a bunch of ECs hoping it will improve your chances. If you are actively committed to the organizations you are in, you will be more competitive than someone who does it just to do it.

There are people that have less impressive ones than you and those who have more and have been accepted to Ivies. At any ivy school if you have stellar stats it’s a hit or miss.

Unfortunately, your SATs were quite low, so I would say high reach for Stanford. UCLA seems like a moderate match, and NYU does too. Brown would probably be a reach, and same with Cornell. I would hazard a guess and say UCSD is a match, although I am not quite familiar with UCSD.
