Are my ECs good?

I know I've posted on here, not trying to spam you guys ^^ Apparently, from what the Admissions Counselor from UT in my area told me, UT actually DOES do a holistic review of students who come from nonranking schools, regardless of what people say. So I was wondering what anyone thinks of my ECs? I'm a Junior.

-Started an annual charity basketball tournament at my school last year, raised $10k last year and hopefully the same this year
-Intern at a law firm
-Model UN all 4 years, head delegate junior and upcoming senior year
-President of Rugby Club, 3 years
-NHS Vice President for upcoming senior year
-StuCo Program Director for upcoming senior year
-Varsity Cheerleading captain for upcoming senior year
-Debate, 3 years

I feel like my ECs are good, but I wanted to know what some more experienced people though! I'm just super worried/anxious about getting in to UT when I apply this fall, it's literally been my dream to go there since I was 5. I have a very average GPA (3.4 due to me being sick for a month this year :/) but my SAT is pretty good (2090). Thanks so much yall! :)

…I can’t help but get the feeling that you KNOW your ECs are amazing and you’re just here to make the few of us who didn’t do anything in high school feel worse :P

^Ditto.

More like because I see people from nonranking schools in my area with insanely great/outstanding ECs with better GPAs than mine getting rejected from UT but accepted to Ivies every year. It’s ridiculous
