Are my extracurriculars/grades enough for Georgia Tech?

Hello! Georgia Tech is like my dream school and I want to start preparing now to make sure I get a shot at going there.
As I was reviewing their website for freshman applicants, it said something about extracurriculars and how it'd be reviewed by the enrollment people.
Here's the thing, these are the only extracurriculars I've done:

-Actively tutored kids for 3 years in reading. (Established good relationships with the teachers who operated the program)
-Active participant of key club 3 years in a row. I'm not an officer though.
-Was just elected as MESA officer, secretary, junior year (haven't started my term yet until senior year starts)

That's basically all the extracurriculars I've done. I've been overloaded with school work (I'm full IB student) so I haven't been able to get the time to study well. Are those enough??? Will they give me a chance?

My grades are pretty good:

Freshman year (all-honor classes): 3.83 UNWEIGHTED, first semester || 3.87 UNWEIGHTED, second semester
Sophomore year (all-honor classes): 3.94 UNWEIGHTED, first semester || 3.95, UNWEIGHTED, second semester
Junior year (full IB student; all IB classes with challenging courses such as Java): 3.83 UNWEIGHTED, first semester || 3.87 UNWEIGHTED, second semester

Overall CUMULATIVE GPA for the 3 years: 3.9014 UNWEIGHTED
Overall CORE CUMULATIVE GPA for the 3 years: 3.89 UNWEIGHTED (all my core classes were either honor-level or IB-level)

My SAT scores are horrid though: 1690. However, this summer, I went to a prep class and I've gotten it improved to an 1840 and it's still climbing, so I'm expecting a 1900 somewhere in October (hopefully).

Are these enough to qualify me for the school (as in...can I get accepted)? I'm just so worried about my extracurriculars because I have never signed up for a sports team nor done anything besides tutoring because I'm more interested in doing that, thus why I volunteered as a tutor for the past 3 years.

Thanks if you could answer
