Please chance me for Georgia Tech?

Hi! Georgia Tech is one of my dream schools and I applied as an OOS student and submitted EA application.

My biggest issue is my SAT. I'm just not good at standarized testing, period. I, however, have a strong unweighted GPA and workload. In high school, never once was one of my class a non-honor or non-AP/IB class.

I'm in the top 13% of my senior class.

This is my overall UNWEIGHTED GPA: 3.9014
Junior year, I had ALL IB classes, with the exception of French and Java.

Senior year, EVERY class I'm taking is an IB class, with the exception of math, which is AP Calculus AB.

Sophomore year I averaged 3.95 unweighted GPA of all honor classes and freshman year, I had 3.87 GPA unweighted.

I've been a tutor for the past 3 years teaching elementary school students in reading, secretary of MESA club, and key club participant for the past 4 years (not a lot of ECs, but I do dedicate to things).

My SAT scores were horrendous. 1860. I'm devastated. I have one more shot before they close the deadline for SAT scores, but I hope I can get 1900+.

Anyways, based on my 1860, I've pretty much just lost my shot, didn't I? :(

PS
Not sure if this helps...but I'm a female...

What were your IB test scores? Were they high enough that GT would give you credit for them? Also what was the breakdown of your SAT is the Math and CR high and it’s the writing that is low?

Ib Math SL: 4
On their website, they said that they’d give credit for this score.
All other IB tests I will take in May.

My writing was lowest which was weird because I usually score the highest in this section.

Math SAT was my highest score: 680
Reading: 600

Also, I was allowed to skip a year in high school math since I achieved a high math score in my state exam, so I skipped Alegebra basically.

Bump…?

You should take the ACT. You might do better on it. I know that won’t help for EA but if you get deferred and you do well on it it might make a difference.
