SAT 2 tests are 730 (literature) and 760 (math 2)
AP tests are AP calc AB 5, APUSH 4, AP lang 4
are these good enough to submit to top-tier schools? should i consider retaking the SAT 2 tests?

Your subject tests were not the reason you were not accepted at some schools. It could have made a difference at Georgetown (weren’t you waitlisted?) if you only submitted two tests and not three, but even then probably not, as a number of students were accepted who submitted no subject tests.
