Are "Regional" universities inferior to "national" universities

<p>I have narrowed down my list to Ithaca College and Clark University. Ithaca College is ranked #11 in the North (Regional) and Clark University is ranked #94 (National). In terms of prestige which one is better? Does anyone know anything about these colleges? </p>
