Yes, I know that they are not required, however I am wondering if I send my subject scores (800 Math II, 790 Physics and 720 US History) will the admissions committee consider them as part of my application? I've checked the website and can't find anything one way or another.

I sent in my SAT Reasoning score earlier as part of my EA application (deferred), so sending in a new score report would only serve the purpose of showing them these results. Is it worth the extra $10?

They'll look at them, but they'll be considered supplemental. Scores in general hold very little weight in the admissions process at Chicago. Although your scores are good, I'd not worry about it unless you feel like these scores are going to prove something you didn't prove before. I'm assuming that with an 800 in Math and 790 in Physics you may have shown in some other way that you're good with math and physics (maybe grades or APs), and the US History score is kind of a throwaway (not gonna lie, guys... that SAT II in US History is, regardless of score, just a little badge on your record that means you probably took the AP US History test, which you probably already have a score for).
So, unless I'm totally wrong and these scores show something new about you, I'd save yourself the $10.

"Test Scores

Have official SAT Reasoning or ACT scores sent to the University of Chicago from the testing agency, even if your scores appear on your transcript. We do not require any SAT Subject Tests. Our SAT code is 1832; the ACT code is 1152. All testing must be completed prior to the application deadline. There is no need to arrange for rush delivery of your scores."
So I guess even though they are not required, I would personally send them in. I mean you did good in them and you should really show it. Secondly, I do think the SAT IIs are pretty important to show that you did take them and did well. I mean if you want to seem competitive, I think the majority of applicants prob sent them in. That's just my two cents though.

We were told last year that SAT-II scores never make it to the admissions committee. If you send your SAT scores, Chicago will get them anyway, however.

I was also told by a Chicago admissions officer that SAT Subject Test scores are not looked at at all.

Really? What a waste of 10 dollars.

If you want to spend the extra money, then go ahead. But, essays are probably the most important factor in an admission decision at U of Chicago.
