i am a high school senior who applied for some bs/md programs around NY, but my stats didn’t meet the requirements. Are there any schools in the NY,CT,NJ area that take transfers for their BS/MD programs?

no .
Those combo programs are very selective and are designed for tip-top students who apply as Freshman.
If you want to be a MD you will have to apply to Med school after earning your BA/BS like 99% of other would be Dr’s.
These are compressed programs so you could not enter as a transfer.
No.
The point behind BS/MD programs is that they’re accepting tippy top students whose stats are so high that the school trusts that if they went thru the traditional way, they’d still qualify for med school.
since your stats weren’t high enough, you’re considered to be a student who will need to prove himself by getting top grades and a strong MCAT, and applying to med school.

As you mentioned, your stats were too low for BS/MD program. Even doing well as a frosh and soph would not convince a school that you should be admitted into their med school. They will want to see at least 3 years of grades, including the premed prereqs, a strong MCAT score, and medically related ECs.
Looking at your GPA, SAT scores, AP scores, and SAT II scores, a school would not be confident that you would score strong enough on the MCAT and have a high enough GPA.
