XP most likely not

harvard, princeton, yale

a lot of the excellent northeastern liberal arts schools are very white, and are very happy to get students who aren't white

Just look up % of Asians enrolled. Best chances are schools in South and MW.

Johns Hopkins?

I think too many people here on these forums overstate and over exaggerate the disadvantage that asians have.

asians have no advantage/disadvantage but urms have alot of advantage, especially for private schools in the south, like jhu, etc.

u want to look for good schools where asians may count as URMs... UNC-CH has a very low % of asians, as do most east coast elite liberal arts colleges

UC Berkeley and UCLA cannot look at race for admissions decisions, so Asians have as good a shot as anyone there.

villanova
south
midwest
northeastern
LACs

yup la and b are mean O.o

UC Berkeley and UCLA cannot look at race for admissions decisions, so Asians have as good a shot as anyone there.

why cant they?

I think they do at Notre Dame.

It's California law.

We can thank Proposition 209 for banning the use of affirmative action at UC schools.

hence so many asians in uc schools O.o

Middlebury comes to mind, but this is the only school I know of that does so. Of course, the UCs and now UMich also allow for this.

Asians would not be considered to be ORM at:

Bates College
Bucknell University
Colby College
Colgate University
Connecticut College
Davidson College
Hamilton College
Lafayette College
Lehigh University
Middlebury College
Muhlenberg College
U. New Hampshire
Providence College
U. Richmond
Trinity College
Wake Forest
Washington and Lee

i'm indian and i'm eligible for villanova's presidential scholarship for underrepresented students....that should tell you something.

Asians would also be very out of place at those schools. The student's at these schools (Middlebury and W&L come to mind) tend to be very preppy, affluent, white, and a tad bit racist.
