Riceball,

I've been searching for these "good"-timing summer camps myself.

The thing is, about 90% of the schools end in early June/start in late August, so summer camps usually won't be in those awkward times.

I want to fit in 3 summer camps too! >< But it looks like if I want to get the best experience, I should focus on 2.

Hope that helps.

Programs in New York State tend to be active in August. High school starts later in the year there and runs late, well into June.

And as usual, I recommend Concordia Language Villages. There are two and four-week sessions ending August 15, 22, and 29. You could learn Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Danish, Korean, Portuguese - or work on your Spanish, French or German.

You can try the summer programs that are divided into sessions, maybe the last session is close to what your looking for. I think Duke TIP had something around late July but i'm not sure. Its not really prestigious but its something.

the Cornell summer program gives priority to NY students [ for Regents], so I guess they start in July.

2nd Session Johns Hopkins CTY could be an option depending on your age.
