Those are completely fine! But here’s my advice for the future: Take classes you really love/have an interest in and do not take classes for the weight or because they are AP. Don’t kill yourself trying to keep up with everything, you’re going to stress yourself out. High school is a time for experimenting- whether that’s dropping activities you don’t enjoy anymore or taking classes that you want to major in. Remember the most of all: Have fun! It’s your freshman year, you need to enjoy these times before junior and senior year hit you.
Good luck!
Along the lines of experimenting, I think you should go into HS with a vague idea of extracurriculars you might be interested in, but then not stick to it. I thought I was going to do a creative writing club, but it ended up not being the kind of culture I wanted. Go to the first meeting of everything that sounds fun and then drop stuff that doesn’t feel like your thing.
