I plan on applying to HPYS and such but i think that i need to retake some sat scores.
Ive taken
US History-730
Math Level 1-740 (Do i need to take Math II for these schools. My SAT I Math score was 760)

Also would it be frowned upon to take World History as well?
Is World History as tough as US?
I know that Harvard requires 3 so its between Literature and World History. Which is more impressive or harder?
Can one send more than the required amount of SAT IIs?

To be safe, someone once told me if you’re applying for top schools all SAT sections should be above 750 to be safe. It depends, though, if you have a nice GPA, rank, and EC’s, you could be fine, scores aren’t that big compared to those.

The general though for competitive colleges is that 700 is good, 750 is great. What you have to understand is that SAT IIs are one part of your application, whether or not yours are “too low” will depend on the rest of your application and the rest of the applicant pool.

Percentiles are also very important beyond the tests are not cross-standardized. The history score is more impressive than the math score in that respect.

First of all its HYP (or HYPS)
Second of all, those aren’t that low, but you may consider taking Math 2, especially for Princeton and Stanford. I’d also like to know which is harder, Literature or WH, because I have to make that choice as well. Good luck!
